Stitchin’ Time: A weekly stitching group where participants can learn how to make basic quilting/stitching projects with the help of volunteers from various stitching and quilting guilds around London. Men’s Pick-Up Basketball: A men’s only weekly basketball drop-in held at West Alliance Church.
Collective Kitchen: A bi-weekly program focusing on preparing healthy food on a budget. Participants cook together and then enjoy lunch as a group. The program is held at the Chaplaincy and run by South London Neighbourhood Resource Centre. Childcare is provided if needed.
Women’s Group: A weekly program where women enjoy breakfast and engage in different fun activities or learn about different topics together. The program is held at the Chaplaincy and run by South London Neighbourhood Resource Centre. Childcare is provided if needed.
Social Committee: a group of engaged citizens from the 1481 Limberlost Rd. area who care about their neighborhood and want to encourage the community to come together through positive neighborhood gatherings (ex. movie nights/BBQs/activities). Brought to you by the residents of 1481 for the ENTIRE community and surrounding area!
